Our coalition partner Age Guide Northeastern Illinois recently announced AgeGuide the addition of new partner agencies and expanded partnerships for a variety of Older Americans Act services for older adults across the region.
These partnerships aim to improve access to information and assistance, transportation, and Community Connection Collaboratives, ensuring older adults receive the support they need to live fulfilling lives. These provider changes will be effective starting October 1, 2024.
