Illinois Partners is thrilled to celebrate Governor JB Pritzker’s signing of HB 4340, the Community Partner Fair Contracting Act, into law.
This landmark legislation will help create a more equitable, transparent, and effective contracting system for the community-based organizations delivering essential services across Illinois.
Illinois Partners joined members of the Health and Human Services Coalition of Illinois in sending a letter thanking Governor Pritzker, his administration, and the Governor’s Office of Management and Budget for their partnership in advancing this important reform.
We look forward to continuing this collaboration ahead of the law’s July 1, 2027, effective date.
