Our New Report: Human Services in McLean County’s Economy

Illinois Partners’ new report, “The Economic Impact of the Human Services Sector in McLean County,” shows that the human services sector is the county’s 5th largest employer and is a net contributor to the McLean County GDP. 55 nonprofit organizations that operate in McLean County completed a survey (75% response rate) and the economic impact of the sector in McLean County was then calculated by Bloomington-Normal Economic Development Council (BN-EDC) using IMPLAN software.
