On March 12th, the Equal Pay Chicago Coalition hosted a virtual panel focused on how employers can make salary transparency work.
The panel discussion included practical tips and inspiration in fostering transparency and pay equity in their organizations, and how these practices help to strengthen women’s financial wellbeing and close gender and racial wage gaps.
