Our coalition partners AIDS Foundation Chicago and the Pride Action Tank convened a summit focused on the experiences and needs of LGBTQ+ people, people living with HIV and older adults.

The summit brought together long-term survivors, health and human service professionals and advocates. Our Senior Director of Training and Community Partnerships led a session on Reframing Aging and shared strategies we can use to build a new narrative about aging. Thank you to the AIDS Foundation and the Pride Action Tank for including Illinois Partners in this important conversation.
