Thank you to all who joined our latest training, Reframing Aging: Advocacy Through Storytelling.
This training highlighted the basics of advocacy, ways to incorporate reframing aging messaging in our advocacy and storytelling, and shared real-life examples of older adult advocates in Illinois.

We want to specifically thank our guest speakers for this training, Carla and April from the Chicago Coalition to End Homelessness’ Speakers Bureau. They shared their testimony as well as lessons for what organizations should consider when engaging and supporting storytellers.
