Illinois Partners for Human Service is hiring for a new position of Director of Advocacy and Workforce Initiatives, an experienced leader and advocate for equitable and sustainable solutions for the human service sector.
The Director of Advocacy and Workforce Initiatives will be focused on amplifying Illinois Partners policy work and research in support of the human services workforce, and will serve as a liaison to the Human Service Workforce Funders Roundtable.
This position will be instrumental in advancing statewide advocacy initiatives, developing potential pilot programs in support of the human services workforce, and facilitating coalition partner and funder convenings.
