This month, our coalition partner, The Network: Advocating Against Domestic Violence launched a new pilot guaranteed income program for 60 survivors of gender-based violence and their families in Chicagoland.
This innovative pilot, in conjunction with LIFT, Inc., WINGS Program, Family Rescue, and other partners, will provide income and economic support for survivors who have already enrolled into the program.
In addition to making a lasting impact in the lives of survivors participating in this pilot project, The Network hopes to scale and use this pilot as a model program for other domestic violence agencies.
