From January through April, Cosette Ayele will be moving to part-time as they step into a new role as Executive Director of Chicago Quilombo. We are immensely proud of Cosette and thankful for the vision and care they continue to bring to our work, and wish them all the best as they transition to their new leadership role!
During this time, Adela Carlin will co-lead the Living Wages, Thriving Communities campaign while fully stepping into her role as Senior Director of Advocacy, reflecting her wealth of experience and the trust she has earned as a leader at Illinois Partners. We are also thrilled to share that Evan Finamore will be promoted to Director of Strategic Communications, Development, and Research in January, a reflection of her deep expertise and strategic insight into our work.
These transitions are a reflection of the talent, trust, and commitment our team brings to our coalition, and we are profoundly grateful for each of them!
