The Task Force on Attendant Services is Access Living’s grassroots community organizing group focused on healthcare and home and community-based services.
Members of the task force are advocating for improved accessibility and disability competency at Chicago-area emergency rooms. Chicagoans with disabilities are invited to participate in an important survey focused on emergency room experiences in Chicago.
The survey will take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete and responses are confidential. The survey is available in English and Spanish.
