This month, the Human Services Collaborative convened an in person training on Reframing Human Services for human service professionals in the Peoria area.
Lauren Wright and Adela Carlin from Illinois partners were invited to share research based strategies and real life examples of how we can lead a new narrative to increase understanding and support for human services. Participants shared how they plan to apply the strategies to start or continue the work that they are doing at their organizations. Thanks to our board member Kim Cornwell and the EP!C team for hosting the training at their site in Peoria.
