The Racial Equity Collective Cohort brings together regional leaders to build cross-sector partnerships that advance racial equity statewide.

Participants will join workshops and a local roundtable process to strengthen networks, develop shared language, and create actionable plans addressing systemic inequities. Scaled compensation up to $3,500 is available for eligible nonprofit attendees.
