The Racial Equity Collective is a Forefront led multi-sector collaboration committed to creating sustainable systemic change in Illinois.
More than 20 leaders joined the 2024 inaugural cohort to build a statewide cross-sector partnership to reimagine how regional partners can engage with one another to collectively advance racial equity. Cohort members engaged in workshops to build deeper networks and access tools that address systemic inequities regionally and statewide. The application for the 2025 cohort is now open! Scaled compensation up to $3,500 is available for attendees from non-profit organizations. The application deadline is January 31, 2025.
