Renita White is the Executive Director of Of Color Inc., a community-based nonprofit that serves young adults and veterans, supporting them with housing and workforce development opportunities.
Renita is also on the Living Wages, Thriving Communities Strategy Committee, and is a long-time supporter of Illinois Partner’s work and leader in advocacy.

Renita describes the book as “…dedicated to those with a desire to work in management and executive leadership and the importance of mentors. Much of it is a support and problem solver for women, based on my own executive leadership journey. My middle name is Renee’ and I never use it, so now I am truly coming into my full self by using it for this project.”
