The Healthy Southern Illinois Delta Network (HSIDN) online resource lists are transitioning to Find Help Southern Illinois.
The online platform will make it easier for people to find and connect with the programs and services they need in the 19-county area (roughly the line from Randolph to Wabash Counties and south). This work is being conducted collaboratively by SIH, HSIDN and Southern Illinois Coalition for Children and Families.
Southern Illinois providers, ensure your agency/organization’s programs free and reduced cost programs, as well as those programs that service individuals on Medicaid, are included and up to date here: southernillinois.findhelp.com.
There is no cost to agencies and organizations to be listed. If possible, complete by July 15th.
