Attorneys from Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS) are presenting training that is helpful for attorneys and others who work with immigrant families.
Learn how immigrants and their families can advocate for themselves in emergency situations, prepare for possible detention by immigration, establish short-term care plans for children, and understand their rights when interacting with law enforcement or the immigration system.
The virtual seminar will be Wednesday, January 15 from noon to 1 pm.
