Join this virtual training to better understand the legislative process in Illinois, and how your voice – and your organizations – can become a force for solutions rooted in community well-being and power.
Whether you are new to advocacy or looking to deepen your impact, you will gain knowledge and strategies to strengthen your organization’s advocacy and shape policies that support Illinois communities.
Dates: The four sessions will be held Monday October 5, Tuesday October 13, and Monday October 19 and 26.
Cost: $100 per person for the full series
Discounted cost: $50 for participants from organizations who made a financial contribution in this new fiscal year FY27 (since July 1, 2026). Use this list to see if your organization is a financially contributing partner.
Scholarships are also available for individuals whose organizations are not able to cover the cost of this training. Apply for a scholarship here.
