On behalf of the Board of Directors, I’m pleased to share that Illinois Partners for Human Service has launched a search for our next Executive Director.
This is an exciting moment for our coalition. With approximately 850 partner organizations representing every legislative district in Illinois, a growing presence in Springfield, and momentum behind campaigns like Living Wages, Thriving Communities, Illinois Partners is well positioned to expand its influence and impact across the state.
We are seeking a coalition builder and seasoned advocate who brings a deep understanding of Illinois policy and politics, an organizing mindset, and a proven track record in fundraising and relationship building. The Executive Director will serve as our chief executive and public voice, leading our advocacy work, strengthening partner engagement, and guiding the organization into its next phase of growth.
The position is Illinois-based, with an office in Chicago and a hybrid work environment. We welcome candidates from across the state; those located outside Chicago or Springfield should expect regular travel to both, including frequent trips to Springfield during the legislative session. The salary range is $130,000 to $160,000.
