The Center for Survivor Agency and Justice is conducting a National Thriving Wage Survey.
The survey seeks to better understand experiences with compensation, benefits, workplace conditions of workers in the domestic and sexual violence field, and the changes needed to build a stronger, more sustainable workforce. T
hey are looking for input from workers across organizations; direct service, management, directors, and executive directors. They highly encourage the voices of workers in direct service, front- line, entry, newer tenured, part-time workers, and survivor-advocates* in the field.
