About Us

Who We Are

Illinois Partners for Human Service is a state-wide organization of over 700 members who are located in every legislative district in Illinois.  We organize the human service sector and influence public policy in order to win sustainable outcomes to ensure quality services, adequate funding, and measurable results.

The Chicago Alliance for Collaborative Effort (CACE) formed Illinois Partners for Human Service in 2008, and Children's Home and Aid has served as our fiscal sponsor since that time.  As an umbrella federation of more than twenty service organizations in Chicago, CACE has a long standing history of creating initatives to support the human service and health sectors.

Illinois Partners engages nonprofit, government, faith-based, business, and education leaders who agree that our communities are healthier and safer when residents have access to bedrock public services such as early childhood learning, afterschool programs, family support, assistance to the disabled, workforce training, violence prevention, and home care for the elderly.
