2011 Budget Survey

In September 2011, Illinois Partners for Human Service and the Social IMPACT Research Center at Heartland Alliance conducted its yearly survey to find out the impact of Illinois' state budget cuts and the effects of the state's continued late payments.  The following documents give a general overview of the budget impact as well as a breakdown of specific data for all five of the DHS regions.  Additionally, you can view the state's unpaid bills by agency and see the tax exempt organizations that are still awaiting payment.
